Extended Deadline and/or Smaller Bus for July Trips

Hey gang,
So just wanted to touch base that due to a light trickling of deposits over the last few days, I’m going to extend the deposit deadline another week. This means $20 non-refundable deposits will be accepted until next Friday, 7/16 at 12 noon.
I have cancelled the big bus we had for BOTH trips, and am taking a chance on being able to re-reserve it (or one of about the same size) if we hit 30 deposits by that target date.
In the meantime, I am also looking into a smaller bus or a van if we fall short of 30. If the price is right, we’ll go from there. Everyone who has a deposit down already, we’ll be in communication regarding this, but just a friendly heads up that a van may mean everyone would have to kick in a few more bucks. Of course, if that’s a problem you WILL be refunded).
Also, due to the limited size of a van, this means some people WILL get shut out, regardless of whether they put money down ahead of time. Ie. if we have 24 deposits down and the van fits 17, then 7 people will be out of luck. Priority will be given to those who put their deposits down first and anyone who falls out of that bracket will essentially be put on stand-by with no guarantees of a ride.
The best way to make sure THAT doesn’t happen? Bring friends so we definitely hit 30 and can spring for a bigger bus.
But I’m getting ahead of myself and that’s why these customers/this issue will be handled separately from the standard ADBT mailings.
